Ordering Information:

How to place your order:

• Identify the item you desire to purchase by it's item # and description. Please print out an ORDER FORM, fill in the billing address, shipping address if different from the billing address, the item number, description, quantity, and cost. Or order thru OUR AMAZON STORE
• Please enclose credit card information, or add a check or money order in US funds for the total amount.
• Call us at (518) 494-3072 Mon - Fri from 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time to place a credit card order or to ask questions.
• Fax us with an order at (518) 494-3072, or send an order to Wild Visions, Inc., 6990 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815-2229.
• We will fill your order promptly and typically ship items within one day of receiving an order.

Payment:

• We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express cards for payment of an order, or please prepay by a check or money order. All checks and money orders should be in US Funds, and made out to Wild Visions, Inc.
• As soon as our service provider offers secure web pages, we will begin to take credit card orders via Email.

Shipping:

• We ship most all of our items via Priority Mail through the US Postal Service which is a 1 to 3 day delivery time for anywhere in the US. We charge a flat fee of $8.95 per US shipping address. See below for Canada and other International sales.
• Express shipping (Next Day Service) is available for an additional fee. Minimum express shipping charges are $25.00 per shipping address. Please call during our normal business hours for more information.

Delivery:

• We will ship your order promptly and will notify you in the unlikely event of any delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 10 days for US delivery and 2 weeks for Canada and overseas delivery from the time you mail us your order (about a week in the US for orders that are called in).

Shipping Addresses:

• We will gladly ship ordered items to the address (or addresses) specified. Shipping and Handling costs are calculated on a per address basis.

Taxes:

• You are responsible for paying any sales or use tax imposed at any time on this purchase. All New York State residents, please add appropriate taxes for your locality.

International Sales and Shipping:

• Due to complex Customs and Postal Regulations, please contact us for order shipping and handling costs. You may contact us by E-mail or by phone or FAX (518) 494-3072. Upon receipt, we will calculate the appropriate costs and immediately notify you. Please include your E-mail address.

Return Policy:

• If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, any items except for custom framed prints (unless damaged in shipping) can be returned in 15 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Customer Copy of the Order:

• We encourage all customers to print or save a copy of your order. While we do not anticipate any problem fulfilling your order, if a question or problem arises you will have the information necessary to contact us.
